As always, it will not work on people paying attention who care about women's sports. It will work on people with little interest in this issue, and of course it will "convince" those who already think that calling men beating up women an Olympic sport is fine if it promotes "tolerance and inclusivity."

There was a time in this country - and it wasn't that long ago - that if you were a male who beat up a woman in front of a huge audience, including television cameras, you would need Secret Service type protection.
