That Char Siu marinade has a lot of stuff in it!!!
And some stuff that was difficult to find.
If it turns out good I'm gonna do some Amazon shopping.

Didnt get any pics but it looked just like the chicken in the vid.

It turned out great!! We doubled the marinade and froze half just in case it was a winner.
We'll definitely be making it again.
It had the typical sweet taste you'd expect from Chinese BBQ.
