If you see someone who is obviously suffering from some mental illness, like anorexia, which can kill that poor person, you now have a choice. Worry about the PC label of being a “body shamer” and permit yourself to be silenced OR make a comment to save a life.

I say, “fuck that PC bullshit.” I wish someone had gotten to Karen Carpenter in time.
