I don't think the West is capable of fighting a full scale war particularly if Russia's allies pitch in to conduct their own individual grudges against Washington in the Middle East and in Africa. North Korea might not be a determining factor but Iran and China could (and would) do a lot of damage biting the Yankees in the ass.
