Zone1 Jewish nationality and Judaism as a religion

Sure, me neither. But I don't think he has to push buttons or pull levers because existence itself has a natural compensation built into it through the knowledge/experiencing of good and evil.
I believe God fulfills his prophesies (dictates).

I guess that depends upon what you mean by inbred socially. I'm assuming you mean cliquish or tribal. An honest answer - looking at my people as a whole - would be it was a distribution. Some became cliquish and tribal and some assimilated. I'm not sure I can say it was one way or the other for the whole of the people.
Who are 'your people'?

Then maybe go ask your rabbi about the men who wrote the Torah.
My rabbi (and a whole bunch of others) agree with me.

FWIW, the most influential rabbi in America (influential to the general population) is lying in a hospital bed in Los Angeles, incommunicado, right now, and is unlikely ever to be able to speak in public again.

Just thought I'd mention it.

There is a religion, Judaism, which is the belief that there is only one God and that God's messengers are Jacob, Moses, David, Jesus, etc. These messengers of God were sent to a nation that people call the Sons of Israel, or in today's time they are called Jews. The Sons of Israel were named after God's prophet Israel (Jacob), from whom the nation of the Sons of Israel originated.

The sons of Israel existed before the new era and today they no longer exist as a nation, perhaps as individuals in different nations. Same as Romans, Persians etc...

There are people who practice the religion of Judaism, and they are called Jews.

What people do not understand correctly is the Jewish nationality and Judaism as a religion. Every person in the world has the right to have his religion be Jewish, but that does not change his nationality German, Polish, American, etc...

People living in Israel today are Jewish by religion, but not by nationality. These are people who immigrated from Poland and Germany to the Arabian Peninsula. So their religion is Judaism and their nationality is Polish or German or one of the countries from which they immigrated to the Arabian Peninsula.
Correction: A person who embraces the Jewish faith but is not genetically/ethnically related to Jews is indeed Jewish.

Those born to Jewish parents, most specifically a Jewish mother, who is descended from the Hebrews/israelites/Jews of the Torah/Talmud/Hebrew Bible/Old Testament are Jews by ethnicity whether or not they embrace the Jewish faith. Such people have been born and live all over the world including Russia, Poland, Germany, the USA etc. etc. etc. as well as Israel.

which rabbi do you have in mind when you state this?

Great. Then they should publish it so you can cite it and footnote it.

Italians, Sicilians. They emigrated into south Louisiana instead of the northeast. It was a much smaller community than the NE. They had to assimilate.
Lots of Italians immigrated to the large NE cities.

Yes, and they were better able to maintain their culture. Not so in south Louisiana. In the war my father was put into a battalion that was mostly Pennsylvanians. The Italians could speak Italian, not my dad though. They asked him why he couldn't and he told them because they were told to speak English to be able to fit in. Much smaller Italian community than in the NE. They weren't liked very much by the dominant French in south Louisiana. So they tried to downplay their ethnicity.

That's not very helpful in understanding why you believe God fulfills his prophecies. What kind of prophecies are we talking about? Successful behaviors lead to success? Sure. That's pretty generic and full of self evident truth.
