Judge rules deportation was “an illegal act”

Their not. The demands are on the President not the other country.

Just off the top of my head the President can take actions soley within the US to facilitate the return.

#1 Hold payments of the $6,000,000 for the contract for El Salavadors human storage facilities. That is an action of the US Government, not El Salvador.

#2 Place a 100% import tarrif on El Salvadoran imports. That is an action of the US Government, not El Salvador.

#3 Place a 100% export tax on US goods bound for El Salvador. That is an action of the US Government, not El Salvador.

#4 Have the State Department put out a travel notice recommending US travelers stay out of El Salvador to target their tourist revenue. That is an action of the US Government, not El Salvador.

Let the judge order the President to do one or all of those things, then.

He won't do them on his own, because it would be such a bad deal for the American people. Trump wants nothing to do with bringing Abrego Garcia to the U.S. again. He would have to share the blame if the scumbag finally kills his wife, for one thing.

Nah.

You Democrats don't seem to mind being blamed for the violent actions of your illegal alien heroes, so let it stay on your heads.

Abrego taking violent thugs off our hands for $20K each is a great bargain, which shows Trump's genius for negotiating it. It's good for President Bukele and the El Salvdoran people also, since he has cleaned that country up.

But, you are smart enough to know that even if a judge ordered him to do those things, he would not. He'd fight it to the USSC, who would of course say that the court had no power to dictate executive actions, especially foreign policy.

Trump picks up the phone and says send him back.

"Yes - OK thank you appreciate it good working with you."

"No - Well there is something called The Art of the Deal so we can continue to support you, or we can change the deal. Here are some of our options..." (then see Post #436.

The most powerful man in the world who is supposed to take on China, Russia, Hamas, Iran, etc. - can't make a deal with a 3rd world dictator?

Maybe he's not the right man for the job.

WW

Say if President Trump were to force President Bukele to release the thousands of gangbangers at CECOT, and transfer them to America as "asylum seekers" as you libs suggest?

How would that benefit America? or El Fucking Salvador for that matter?

I guess it would help the libs as it would raise the US crime level and give them something to run on in 2028.

GREENBELT, Md. (AP) — A federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to arrange for the return of a Maryland man to the United States after he was mistakenly deported to a notorious El Salvador prison, while a U.S. government attorney was at a loss to explain what happened.

The US must return a Maryland man mistakenly deported to an El Salvador prison, judge says

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement expelled Kilmar Abrego Garcia last month despite an immigration judge’s 2019 ruling that shielded him from deportation to his native El Salvador, where he faced likely persecution by local gangs.

Before she issued her ruling, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis described Abrego Garcia’s deportation as “an illegal act” and pressed Justice Department attorney Erez Reuveni for answers, many of which he didn’t have.

Now we're getting somewhere.

Trump doesn’t care about Garcia’s wife. Quit lying.

How long does trump pay ElSalvador to HOLD OUR prisoners? Is cruel and unusual punishment of prisoners legal in America? When is this UNDECLARED war with Nicaragua or rather Venezuela going to end and they are no longer our war prisoners?

The whole thing is such a scam and simply unrestrained lawlessness by Trump..... and the sick in the head you, praise it like it is some glorious thing....sad, sad indeed.

Why would he, the guy isn't a citizen was given due process and denied asylum he is where he belongs

Bukele isn't a "dictator" at all.

Further, it is the courts, not President Trump who is in charge of this deal.

Trump is satisfied with having a human trafficking , wife beating MS 13'er behind bars in El Salvador.

He isn't willing to give El Salvador anything at all to have Garcia deported to America.
Regardless of orders from the Supreme Court

The Man of Lawlessness vs a man following the Law.

You've chosen you're Outlaw route, for whatever demented reason....and think this makes America Great..... For the life of me, I will never understand your stance.... :(

Got the Fox link to this story?
No....just came across this. You know it's gonna take some heavy investigation in a country that doesn't like us. We no longer have journalists that can do such things.

Judges preside over court hearings where prosecution and defense present their cases
None of that is happening. Some illegals ass kisser complains and a TDS “judge” issues his feelings.
