Companies like Pfizer and Moderna have total immunity from legal liability under the PREP Act if something unintentionally goes wrong with their Covid vaccines.

I suppose the dispute will go on for quite some time concerning whether that 10% Kansas claims is beyond reasonable expectations.

Per the OP's linked article: More than half of the pregnant women reported an adverse event, and more than 10% reported a miscarriage.

The March of Dimes website states: For women who know they’re pregnant, about 10 to 20 in 100 pregnancies (10 to 20 percent) end in miscarriage.

My DIL has a lifelong friend that had tried for over 10 years to get pregnant. She had numerous tries at IVF finally succeeded at age 39 in 2020. She worked for a medical manufacturing firm who continuously harassed her to get the "vaccine" during the Biden mandate. At 4-5 mos gestation she finally got it and promptly miscarried a baby girl.

There's a bunch of stories like that. Our government, Biden specifically, and the drug manufacturers should pay for this. Forcing pregnant women to do something like take such an experimental substance is criminal and they knew it was harmful.
