A 3-Judge Panel in Kansas has ruled that the Kansas Democratic Party does not have to put forward a Candidate for Senate in the upcoming November General Election.

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach had filed a lawsuit to force Democrat Chris Taylor to keep his name on the ballot.

The Republican Incumbent Pat Roberts, prior to the departure of Mr. Taylor held a narrow lead in the 3-Way Race against Mr. Taylor and the Indpendent Candidate Greg Orman. With Mr. Taylor out of the race, Orman beats Pat Roberts.
