I have to make a confession here. I totally misunderstood Colbert's sign he held up. I thought his sign saying "try doing something" was a dig at democrats in that Trump won because democrats weren't doing anything to address voters concerns at election time and that that is why they lost. I thought that was funny.

Instead, I now understand that what Colbert was actually saying with his sign was "if you are against Trump try doing something about him", even though they have already been doing something, especially having over 100 lawsuits against Trump's new policies. What is it that Colbert actually wants them to do?
