Schweinevolk fascists sent their assets to threaten me because I recently used the term Reich. They always try to blame me and put me on trial but always fail.
Lets make clear for those retarded imbeciles that Reich is not a banned term and that we even live in the German Reich.

"German Reich" as a subject of international law
Berlin: (hib/AHE) The Federal Constitutional Court has consistently held that the "German Reich" as a subject of international law has not ceased to exist, and that the Federal Republic of Germany is not its legal successor, but is identical with it as a subject of international law. The Federal Government refers to this in its response (18/5178) to a parliamentary question submitted by the Left Party (Die Linke) on the Potsdam Agreement of 1945 (18/5033). Among other things, the members of parliament had inquired about the "thesis of the continued existence of the German Reich" and asked whether the Federal Government would publicly reject it as untenable, "so that this claim cannot be exploited by neo-Nazis and the so-called Reich Citizens' Movement for their territorial revisionism against neighboring EU countries."

Do you need a ticket for a psychiatric hospital, Bleipriester? The only German "Reich" which ever had existed had been the Holy Roman Empire from 800-1806. Then the "Reich" was dissolved and a rest of it continued to live in the Austrian empire. What you call "Deutsches Reich" (German empire) had been only "A rest of Germany under control of Prussia" and/or "Nazi-Germany".

Nevertheless is the federal republic of Germany legal successor of the state which was wrongly called "Deutsches Reich" (more correct would be "Prussia") and "Drittes Reich" (="Nazi-Germany"). This means we live in a continuous stream of history and we do not deny our own historical reponsibility.

Yours sincerely
A citizen of the federal republic of Germany to an enemy of Germany who tries to call himselve "German".

You forget that the German countries offered Prussia the Kaiser crown in the Frankfurt Bundestag. Two times by the way.

No. But I do not discuss this with an enemy of Germany. Only one time by the way. April, 3rd, 1849. If Friedrich William II had agreed Germany could be since this day a democratic republic with a constitutional monarchy. The second time Prussia offered Prussia the crown in the tradition of Bonapartes Versailles.

The difference is whether you ask for enemies or not.
Sure, enemy mine. Would be a pitty if I would nail the wrong skull of an enemy over my entrance door. On the other side ... Why are there garbage cans? Nobody will notice if I don't accidentally catch you trying to steal my beautiful skulls.

I prefer shrunken heads, anyway.

zaangalewa I'm 65 years old and I've never read a news story where they called Germany anything other than Germany. News stories about World War II will of course use the word Reich.

The entity "Deutsches Reich" is still a subject of and to international law

The Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) or Bundesrepublik Deutschland - is NOT the legal successor of the Deutsche Reich, which wasn't dissolved in 1945. - only it's NSDAP government ceased to exist.
But the FRG is regarded in parallel to be a subject of and to international law, to it's equivalent the Deutsche Reich.

Simply because the FRG is an Allied construct, incl. it's constitution by the Western Victory powers in 1949. Foremost that of the USA. Since then Germany has been represented internationally as the FRG aka Bundesrepublik Deutschland or Germany.

Yes I knew that because I looked up that link but no one refers to Germany as the Reich except right wing germans and their kind

It is understood, that the present - since 1949 ruling parties are US bots and have no personal affinity to Germany's population nor its problems, since latest by the 60'ies - but are simply corrupt, self-centered and only care for their wallets.

Therefore you might need to differentiate this issue into three different groups - political agendas

1. Neo-Nazis - who are too dumb to understand that "Das Deutsche Reich" (factually correctly titled "Das Deutsche Kaiser Reich") - has nothing to do with the "Third Reich". aka "Das Dritte Reich". There is a reason why the Austrian named it the "third". Since it was not the legal successor of the Deutsche Kaiser Reich, also he despised the notion of aristocrats and a monarch.

2. A "nutty" bunch of monarchists calling themselves Reichsbürger, (IIRC initially founded by a descendant of Willi) want to reinstall an Emperor, as well as aristocracy and do not acknowledge the FRG, and therefore also no laws implemented by the FRG.
This group just as the AfD has been infiltrated by Neo-Nazis - thus being falsely termed as being Nazis or Right-wingers in general.

3. People who are in support of a MGGA movement - Make Germany Great Again, rejecting Nazis and the Third Reich and the absurdity of a monarchy.
They are in favor that German culture and identity (Deutsche Tugenden) - (German Virtues) need to be reset according to the principals of Bismarck. - personally I like that idea very much.

Factually this group of people (3.) founded a party in 2013 called AfD - that was however immediately usurped by Neo-Nazis planting themselves within the leadership of the AfD. Therefore this party AfD is a no go for me.

Heiliges Römisches Reich deutscher Nation(en)
= Holy Roman empire (=realm) of German (=united) nation(s)

Holy -> basing on Christian values
Roman -> basing on the rule of law
Empire -> Reich = realm : everything has it's realm and everyone is able to be king, emperor or master in his realm.
of German -> deutsch = united
nation -> many nations united

The Holy Empire had an elective emperorship.

Any idea why I could call the USA "the German states of America"? Any idea how an US-American reacts when I call the US "German States"?

-----

You use the word "Reich" as an expression which shows how strange, criminal and brutal and anti-democratic and anti-republican are the uncivilized Germans so you have every right to murder as many "Krauts" as you like to murder. Meanwhile I think "Kraut" could mean for example to burn down superflous plants on a field after you harvested it. It expresses your will to wipe out all Germans like "Unkraut" - like weed - like red indians - like negroes.

The expression "Deutsches Reich" makes sense - but the international expression "German empire" never made any sense. The real translation had been "the German realm of Europe". What is called "German empire" are the weird colonial ideas of the Brits transferred to Germany. That's why the Brit and Prussian superidiot - emperor William II - who had been educated from his beloved psychopathic grandma Queen Victoria - tried to realize the British colonialistic politics in Germany including mass-murder. William II and Lothar von Trotha (who was always only a shame for the family von Trotha) had been personally responsible for the Herero massacre. And possible was this massacre because of a wrong form of Prussian loyalty called in German "Kadavergehorsam" = blind obedience. This Prussian education was also under Hitler a very big problem.

And, enemy mine, to be a "Reichsbürger" (or to propagate this absurde concept) means for me that you are a member or organisator of a terror organisation. I think we are much too tolerant in case of such terror organisations and in case of organized criminality.

... People who are in support of a MGGA ...

Are stupid supporters of Trump, Putin, Orban, Erdogan ... IBSG = "Ich bin schon groß" = "I am already great" said my children and grandchilden in the age of 3 when they had been much better been educated as is educated Putins best friend Trump. I wonder when the little Putin will push the even smaller Trump off the swing or let him jump over the blade.

The watchman who looks in the middle of the night
Down on the graves in Lage;
The moon, it has brought everything into light;
The churchyard, it lies as in the day.
One grave stirs and then another:
They come forth, a woman there, a man,
In white and dragging shirts.

That now stretches, it wants to surrender at once,
The ankles to the round, to the wreath,
So poor and so young and so old and so rich;
But the trains prevent them from dancing.
And because there is no more shame here,
They all shake themselves, there lie scattered
The little shirts over the hills.

Now the thigh lifts, now the leg wobbles,
There are intricate gestures;
Then it rattles and rattles in from time to time,
As if the sticks were beaten to the beat.
This seems so ridiculous to the doorkeeper;
Then the tempter whispers in his ear:
“Go! Get one of the sheets.”

Done as thought! and he quickly flees
Now behind sacred doors.
The moon and still it shines so brightly
To the dance they shudderingly lead.
But at last he and he are lost,
Creep along one after the other clothed,
And shoo! it's under the lawn.

Only one, who stumbles and stumbles at last
And toddles and grapples at the graves;
But no fellow has hurt him so badly;
He scents the cloth in the air.
He shakes the tower door, it beats him back,
Decorated and blessed, for the doorman's happiness,
It flashes with metal crosses

He has to have the shirt, he won't rest,
No long contemplation counts,
The gothic ornament is now seized by the wretch
And climbs from pinnacle to pinnacle.
Now it's done for the poor tower!
It jerks up from curlicue to curlicue,
Comparable to long-legged spiders.

The tower turns pale, the tower trembles,
He would gladly give it back, the sheet.
There crochets - now he has lived the longest -
The tip of an iron spike.
The moon is already clouding its vanishing light,
The bell, it thunders a mighty one,
And the skeleton shatters below.
