It would have to have been his choice not to get it, as the president gets routine checkups and blood work done very regularly. IOW, they're putting up two scenarios:

1. He purposely avoided getting tested against every rational voice from those around him, and they let it happen.
2. They are all lying and he's known for years that he has cancer.

Neither of those reflects well on the democrat apparatus.

It is 100% unreasonable to believe that a male Senator, Vice President or President age 40 or older getting the Cadillac healthcare they enjoy would not have had at least one PSA test every year. And while a rising PSA does not always mean cancer, it warrants careful attention to the possibility of cancer. No competent doctor would omit that test.
