Turns out the appeals court let him out. He originally was sentenced for as long as was deemed necessary to protect the public. He ran an al queda cell previously. This time they have now arrested a couple of those that are now in his hew cell, since leaving prison after serving only 6 years of a later imposed 16 year sentence. He’d been out just under a year.
