Herd immunity can be obtained just as we have been doing. Masks only slow the infection rates and taking greater precautions with high risk groups... And we exercise simple precautions like face masks, social distancing and personal hygiene along with wider spread testing and contact tracing.

And of course we will need a president who doesn't lie to us 15 times a day and who lets science lead. Things won't get any better until Donald stops spouting pseudoscience and magical thinking.
