Worst quality of life - California

Least fiscal stability- Illinois

Worst Crime & corrections- Alaska (would not have guessed that)

Worst infrastructure- West Virginia

Least opportunity- Louisiana

Worst Economy - Alaska , that’s 2 bottoms for the northern state.

Worst Education- New Mexico

Worst Healthcare- Mississippi

Those are the bottom feeder states.

They chose some of the whitest states as the best, and some of the brownest states as the worst.
