Apparently they are bracing for a major one AFTER already having a 7.1 earthquake.

Apparently they are bracing for a major one AFTER already having a 7.1 earthquake.

That means a "Mogi Donut" has formed and that is usually a precursor for a much larger earthquake.

If it comes it will be really bad. Figure about a 70% probability.

I see they just had a 6.9 aftershock. If they can get a few more of those then the big quake will not come.

Here's hoping for a bunch more 6's!
