McCarthy has one of the highest crime rates!!

High crime as well as hign unemployments rate, that is what Bakerfield CA is known for.

What am expecting him to do, lower crime and lower unemployment , he is striving for speaker of the house.
not all of Bakersfield is in McCarthys district....part of it is in the 21st district.....

Many of these cities are smaller than Bakersfield, like Lansing, MI, who has a Democratic Governor Whitmer, Democratic Mayor Schroeder, Democratic House member Slotkin, why have they not quashed crime?

Pelosi‘s district which she has been the representative since 1987 has high crime, high housing costs, high homelessness and she has done nothing! For 45 years she has not addressed the issue in her district, why not?
St Lous MO is a republican city. you can't compare it with Detroit.

That due to gerrymandering. Oh McCarthy isn't in charge of the bad parts of Bakerfield, I see. Heavily gerrymandering.

McCathy district is heavily gerrymandering.

What is extreme gerrymandering?

Gerrymandering describes the intentional manipulation of district boundaries to discriminate against a group of voters on the basis of their political views or race.

and it's being done in his district. Extreme gerrymandering.

You'd think he'd had more time as a state repetitive than US House representative.

He has been in charge of the district since 2002. I don't want to hear about the gov.

McCarthy is part of the minority party in Washington and is always outvoted by the Leftard majority.

What would you expect him to do?

How about vote for things like the infrastructure bill, that would have provided jobs in his district?

But the House Representative is Democrat, Merideth is a Democrat, to you that is what determines crime and unemployment. I am just using your logic.

Voting for things doesn't mean a thing if you don't have the votes to pass it.

If the Republican Party proposed an infrastructure bill- the D's would just outvote it.

What is extreme gerrymandering, it's what republican do to cheat on the vote.

If McCarthy had supported and voted for the democratic infrastructure bill, it clearly would have passed.

And republicans had a chance to pass an infrastructure bill when they ran the whole enchilada, but they didn't. They also stopped trying to repeal/replace Obamacare,

Extreme gerrymandering, it what republicans did to make all minorities under the democrat
Republicans have no power to force gerrymandering in the state of California, nice try though.
Why is that?

Republicans figure out what makes Democrats look so bad. They(Republicans) use extreme gerrymandering.

And Pelosi is in charge of her district and crime is up, housing prices are up, homelessness is up, taxes are up, why isn’t she taking care of her people?
Is she voting against and telling people to vote against bills that would help her people?

Answer: No

But McCarthy is.

They also vote against anything that would help the people, including the people in their own districts.
