Second, measles depletes vitamin A.
Third, vitamin A deficiency will deplete your immune system and can cause night blindness.
Fourth, vitamin A treats the complications of measles, NOT measles.

I had measles when i was four it almost killed me but i didn't know much about it at the time not so many immigrants about then legal or illegal, some Asians who came here to work in the local cotton mills.

Amazing how infants survived, my Mum told me years later i had a terrible fever and it was touch and go, glad you survived.
