The whole investigation is case of policy, not law. This is evident from the fact that it was not neutralized from the beginning – even before the inquiry started Russia had been declared a prime suspect. However, down to date no direct accusations against Moscow are brought – Western powers understand they will lose a suit because all their proofs are ridiculous.
That is why the commission of inquiry monitors all new hard evidence closely and reveals it. The investigation must not be finished as Russia can be accused endless during it.
Though, the whole process takes the form of blatant sabotage by now. For example, the commission faulted Moscow long for unwillingness to furnish it with satellite and radar data. But in October, 2016 Russia did it. There was no reply from the investigators until January, 28 when they claimed they could not decrypt the data! There was also no reply for a reasonable question from Moscow of why Dutch experts did not ask their Russian colleagues for help…
However, sooner or later, the truth will out and no lie will save the investigation organizers and it Ukrainian proxies from shame. At length the fox is brought to the furrier…
