No, pretty much inappropriate under any circumstances. Shows the contempt that the cops have for the community they are supposedly "protecting". This is the same precinct where the cops shot a handcuffed man in the back of the head last year.

The Minneapolis police have erected a Christmas tree in the police headquarters located in a majority-black neighborhood. The tree is decorated with half-crushed cans of Steel Reserve malt liquor, crumpled bags of Takis chips and Funyuns, a cup from the fried-chicken joint Popeyes, two packs of Newport cigarettes, and a single strip of yellow crime-scene tape.

I know where they could have gotten some ornaments.....if they were of a certain political persuasion.....

At this time locally there is still no mention of who the officers are, or their race.
Makes me suspect the officers are minorities. If they were white their public and social media condemnation would be off the rails by now.
