True. Joe Wilson was responding the Obama's statement that undocumented immigrants wouldn't be covered under the Affordable Care Act, which was correct. And he did later apologize, which is something Democrats are apparently unable to do.
But Obama was quite the prolific serial liar and did lie many times throughout his presidency, as Politifact shows...
