Unknown, but probably not. Lewy-Body is plaquing in the brain that is a similar process to what happens in Parkinson's disease. The aneurysms would usually be more associated with vascular dementia.

If I was Trump I would probably put up commercials presenting the evidence for Parkinson's and Lewy-Body Dementia saying that Biden should resign or be removed from office and the presidential campaign.

I'd also get 51 Neurologists to sign a Memo saying that in their professional opinions the president is showing obvious signs of Parkinson's or Lewy-Body Dementia and needs to publish an MRI to show the severity.
