I think all those on air personalities are on contract. If their show doesn't live up to expectations, if it doesn't draw enough revenue, they get cut.

I don't think seniority plays much of a part. Now, you might get a low pay contract of you are new to the business or an unknown, but someone like hannity will draw top dollar wherever he went, even over people who have been at the station for 20 years.
