medicare part D is a bunch of bullshit...You will see a lot of Medicare Advantage Plan agents fold up shop in rural areas. It will no longer benefit them to carry policys in rural areas.
The $2,000 cap is good but you are correct that monthly plan D prices could go up so drug companies can recoup their losses.
