Yes you did what? Post a link quoting then PM John Howard about what he was GOING to do, then posting a link or similar about what he ACTUALLY did?
Where? I've never seen it. You will never post such a link, because such a link does not exist. He was up front and transparent about what he was going to do, and he did it.
