New photos show UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson’s killer in Starbucks before shooting

4 Dec 2024 ~~ By Ronny Reyes

The man wanted for fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Midtown Wednesday morning was spotted inside a nearby Starbucks before killing his target, police said.
The NYPD released a new photo of the hooded suspect standing in front of the counter at the Starbucks at W. 56th Street and 6th Avenue, just minutes away from the Hilton hotel where he gunned down Thompson, 50.
It was not immediately clear how long the gunman, who has yet to be identified, was at the Starbucks or if he purchased anything.
Officials said that after firing at Thompson multiple times, with bullets striking his back and right calf, the gunman quickly fled the scene on foot.
He was then spotted mounting an e-Citi Bike on Sixth Avenue and disappearing into Central Park, according to NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny.

Commentary:
Cue the FBI investigation with the NYPD.
After several months the FBI investigation will undoubtedly conclude that the gunman Identit will remain unknown like pipe bomber in D.C. and the shooter of Seth Rich.
In either case the perpetrators have never been caught, thanks to the great investigative powers of the FBI...
This was a professional hit and it has to do with the United Health Care 80 Billion dollar business being investigated by the DoJ.
Thompson in May was sued for alleged fraud and illegal insider trading. The Hollywood Firefighters’ Pension Fund filed a lawsuit against UnitedHealth Group, CEO Andrew Witty, Executive Chairman Stephen Hemsley and Thompson, alleging the executives schemed to inflate the company’s stock by failing to disclose a US Justice Department antitrust investigation into the company.

So, the government had him whacked even though he was under investigation by the government?

I think when they catch this guy, they are going to find out he had a family member who died because UHC denied them coverage.

A targeted shooting. How would he even know where the CEO was going to be? This would seem to be to be a key piece of information.

Was he at a well advertised conference or something or at a standard location in which he would be known to be walking that part of the street?

Starbucks....eBike...black hoodie....

I called it earlier: The shooter is obviously a radical left-wing anti-capitalist "Occupy Wall Street" or Antifa type.
~~~~~~
i.e., a professional, who used a silencer on a pistol, and has a get away plan. Once he entered Central Park on the E-bike he must have gone to a vehicle parked and manned by an accomplice for the getaway.
If I remember correctly InstaGram was at one time selling silencers as oil filters in .22 Cal and 9 MM.
Has that not become an accepted risk with all big business health care in America by now?
So what did offing the guy accomplish, was it revenge or to protect information, someone higher up, or whatever?
It looked like a professional hit to me based just on the guy’s stance when he got off the second shot. That was someone quite confident with a gun - and a killing.
The police claim he left behind a phone and candy wrappers. If true it wasn't a pro. A lone person and potential serial killer. He will kill again. If not a person than pets or farm animals to get that high of killing again.
