I just skimmed the 193 pages of decisions. She really has no idea how bad it came down for Obama on this. Not to mention that he lost on Medicare and can't force the states to enroll all the new people, which will make it even worse when all the people that can't get insurance because it costs too much also can't get Medicaid.

Roberts did not "pick tax" but simply ruled on the case as the DOJ presented it.

My surprise was that Kennedy wasn't the fifth vote. My congressman, Crenshaw, stayed true to form however. I received a long email denouncing the decision, yet my email to him bounced back. As he will no longer BE my representative in November, I gather he will be amending his email list soon.
