Ocd when you leave your house for vacation ??

Do you get very ocd bat crazy when you go on a trip for an extended time ??

Maybe you left the stove on ?
Maybe the burner is on ??
Is bathtub water coming
Did you forget to lock the door ??

This happens to me and it sucks
It won’t go away until I am 100 miles away

Oddly the front door is the hardest for me

Make a written list and checkoff the things you need to do with the date and time you did them.

Or (even better) take pictures with your phone of the the faucets, burners and door locks.

I was out of state for a week two weeks ago, and kept thinking I had forgot something.

When I came back, my wife met me at the door steaming mad, holding my cell phone.

I get that way when I walk to the end of the driveway to toss trash or check the mailbox.
