Trump's "genius" tweet is predictable nonsense and the media is making far too much of it. I'm gonna have to start writing to my news stations and having a little talk with them. No, we don't want to spend hours and hours on this dumb yuck's tweets about his own greatness. Even the Presidential archives are not going to record all of them anymore--they are only going to record for posterity the ones that have to do with national policy or the like.
They have the first year's worth all recorded, though, so history will not be entirely sanitized of what a dufus we elected in 2016.
