1). Should XYZ be 'allowed' to publish the story?
2). Should XYZ have the material fact checked before they publish the story?
3). Should XYZ just reduce the distribution of False and Altered posts, and reduce the distribution of Partly False to a lesser extent? But still keep it up, even though it is labeled as 'misinformation' or 'altered'

Why do I care? The first amendment allows trash talking. Why do you think it should be removed? Misinformation? That’s exactly what free speech is about! So you finally admit it. It is loaded with misinformation and falsehoods.
The story runs on the front page of your local news, in print and online.
You are aware of this misinformation, and it is embarrassing and is intentional misinformation aimed at specifically harming your reputation and or career.
The story then gets re-posted on Facebook, Instagram and other sites.

This story pisses you off, and your entire family is affected by this "Fake News."
