Approximately 58 percent of the illegal immigrants currently in the United States originally came here legally,
But are overstaying their visas. Although it is a federal misdemeanor to illegally enter the country, WHICH THEY DID NOT!!!!!
AS THEY ENTERED THE USA LEGALLY YOU DOPer MORONS!
it is not currently a federal crime to overstay a visa.

If they stay over 180 days they will be barred from coming back for 3 years. If less
than 180 days. If deported they can come back on a NEW visa right away.
If they leave before 180 days they can freely do so.
And return forever, on the 179 day plan. But its easy to
just be going over both northern and southern borders on day trips to just fuck with ICE.
As to resetting the clock. But they don't really do this.

btw. The cartel in Mexico runs the visa office.
They sell new visas to retuning deportees
with new names all the time. So they can return to their USA life!

The right solution is to jail homeowner employers
of illegals. Offer illegal workers 20% of their US employer
Gross income as a reward. For life, but have to go home to wherever. And never coming back illegally. Or the payments stop.
Most Mexicans would rather live in Mexico.
