We have that exact same problem in Alaska as Puerto Rico, although Alaska is technically a State.

We need to have the Navy go in and seize it and bring it all back.

We also have military bases in Alaska. Mostly Army and Air Force, not much Navy or Marine Corps. The Department of the Army is blind to much of the situation the Navy sees regarding the expropriation, localization, and privatization of government and military plant, property, and equipment.

Why would Romney go? It's not like he would win NJ and he had no power to do anything to help. It would have been a waste of time.
