Yes I thought Cruz went backwards in the last debate vs Trump. Cruz was doing so well, hitting quite a few funny lines, he had Trump on the ropes with the birther thing then threw it all away with his attack on the people of NY. Trump nailed him to a cross on that by invoking 911. Cruz, man that was about the dumbest move I have seen in the debates thus far.

Every pundit, even the ones that hate Trump, admits he walked away with that debate.

Cruz got a lesson in telling the truth and Trump was able to beat him over the head with it.
