Russians Finance Front runner in France, opponent Suffers Hacks

The Russians are clearly backing Marina La Pen in France by providing loans to her party and her leading opponent has had over 4,000 hacks launched against them. It fits into Putin's long range goal to create chaos in the West. He has succeeded in the US. He knows he can't match NATO's military power but that power does no good if it is not used.
