murdering two people and injuring 6

In Germany....

A car was used to kill 2 and injure 70

According to the logic of left wing, anti-gun extremists.....the private ownership of cars must end...only the police and military should have access to wheeled vehicles......if it only saves one life...

While you're right, the problem though is until we can predict the future, we won't be able to stop the attackers.

Think of all of the instances where there were those who knew there was a problem with a particular person - parents (Ethan Crumbley), law enforcement (FBI regarding Nicolas Cruz the Marjorie Stoneman Douglas shooter in Parkland, FL), just to name a few.

Nobody wants to think one of their loved ones could do something so heinous as murder a bunch of innocents, particularly children. Some of those parents act as if it's personal reflection of themselves - not their child rearing skills, but the genes that they passed on.

And there are a lot of ways to murder others, the focus too often is on the method instead of what causes them to murder in the first place, IMO.

Yes....but...bullets travel much faster than cars do. And while the car is admittedly a larger mass, there's just one.
Bullets? Lots and lots of them. Could be sprayed in different directions in a matter of microseconds.
