This is totally out of hand. They showed some IRS people who received e-mail firing notices. In the memo it said they were fired because of poor performance. Some of those people were new employees who NEVER had a performance review done on them yet. Warren et al is not a federal employee but an elected Senator. I'm guessing Trump will discourage DOGE from looking at them as it definitely would be viewed as weaponization of government against political opponents.

Federal employees are supposed to work for all of us though and to be ethical and honest and if they are not, they are fair game for investigation.
