How do they do that?What the 118th Congress has created can be undone by the 119th Congress... Especially the Judgeship appointments. Especially within the first 100 days.

~~~~~~How do they do that?
Appointments are made by the POTUS, the Senate only confirms or does not confirm. If a Federal judicial position is vacant, it's vacant, and the POTUS can nominate someone to fill the vacancy.~~~~~~
Vote to rescind the appointees and pass legislation making those appointees null and void from specific dates such as any senate judicial appointees passed from November 11, 2024 to Jan 3 2025..
Simple reason not enough Senators available to make a quorum.
Schumer Reveals Plan to Blunt Trump’s MAGA Agenda
Brilliant move by McConnell. Appeals courts can overrule whatever the dembots do if necessaryThose judges are there to stay. Lifetime appointments.
McConnell and Schumer made a deal. Repubs wouldn't block the District Court appointments, and Dems would leave the Appeals Court appointments for Trump.
Doesn't work that way. Once they are confirmed, it a lifetime appointment. They would each individually have to be impeached, for cause.~~~~~~
Trumps already appointed 54 appellate judges, to xiden 45However, Biden has appointed many more appellate judges that Trump will have such spaces available to fill. Genius by the Dems.
Good. I’m glad. I’m happy that you all only got that many tooThe dems were fine with 39 of them, so I am not too worried.
True, trump is a unifier. A welcome change from the last four years of division and hateYeah, it's pretty much balanced.
Trump seems to be headed to the Center and compromise.
Nope, from a lack of leadership, the bucks stop here used to be something presidents would say…but we got a divider in chief and that’s been his pollcy four years... much of it from the alt rght and MAGA, some from the prog left.
Just glad we got a unifier now.We have had divider in chiefs since 1992.
