'Segregated facilities' are no longer explicitly banned in federal contracts

and lots more links

Whites have always segregated themselves from blacks on college campuses.

When your white folk do this, what choice do they have? And you voted for this racist fucker:

It was happening before the order was made. I have to laugh when a white person calls this paranoia. You bitches have whined about discrimination against whites that doesn't exist for years.
Of course it's paranoia. You've said that Jim Crow was the same as slavery, and now you've said that we're already back to Jim Crow, which means that you think we're back in slavery. Now, I don't know about the rest of the nation, but as I look around, I don't see anyone walking around in chains, being forced to labor in the fields under an overseer's whip, being put up on an auction block to be sold to the highest bidder, etc. You made the two claims, now it's on you to back them up. Tell you what, point out the first white American to claim he literally owns another human being, and I'll condemn them. Deal?

what is hilarious is black men complaining about segregation when they actively seek it on campus and elsewhere.
It depends on how segregation is addressed. Instead of drinking fountains labeled "black " and "white". Drinking fountains are now segregated by "white" and " this drinking fountain is for the exclusive use of blacks. Whites prohibited. No exceptions. "

After a recent change by the Trump administration, the federal government no longer explicitly prohibits contractors from having segregated restaurants, waiting rooms and drinking fountains.

The segregation clause is one of several identified in a public memo issued by the General Services Administration last month, affecting all civil federal agencies. The memo explains that it is making changes prompted by President Trump's executive order on diversity, equity and inclusion, which repealed an executive order signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1965 regarding federal contractors and nondiscrimination. The memo also addresses Trump's executive order on gender identity.

We are seeing the return of the 1950s. The second coming of Jim Crow, Project 2025.

Of course the federal govt does....geez man, read the memo you linked:

Contractors are still covered by existing United States laws on civil rights/nondiscrimination. These laws apply whether or not the company is a government contractor.

They're coming after those laws next, I know it's hard for you to see that.

These idiots don't seem to get that we know that they have been practicing covert racism since the civil rights act was signed and really think that we are expecting them to put up whites-only signs and shit.
your endless racism is overt, IQ2.

A kick in the teeth for any minority who voted for the Felon in Chief.
