My nod to the 1947 World Series (Yankees-Dodgers) for tonight's Game 4 (a potential sweep-revenge for the Dodgers for '24).

Well, we know of that special '47 Series that featured a colorful 7th-game decision ultimate triumph for New York, despite Brooklyn 'snatching' some key moments/games with close scorelines, and it's a cool memoir for tonight's potential Dodgers revenge in '24 for a new-gen media era legion of fans split between LA/NY (Facebook-like), ha.

Of course, I know some buds who might've synthesized the '24 Series (Yankees-Dodgers) on the Xbox and it's all good. After all, Brooklyn Dodgers are no more, and it's all LA now for a NY 'rematch' for Dodgers-title (sure). In fact, if I myself had an Xbox and a baseball video-game, I might've synthesized a 4-0 sweep for them Dodgers.

In fact, there's a really great work on that '47 Series featuring greats/celebs for both teams (Yankees/Dodgers) and some offbeat colorful tales of what made that 7-Game win for NY something to remember, given what the (Brooklyn) Dodgers gave audiences/fans for record.

As someone who lived in California for a time, me thinks a 4-0 sweep for them Dodgers for a revenge play for that '47 ultimate heartbreak against NY (this time from LA) would be a really great Selfie-cool for what makes baseball/October a time of great stuff (college/pro football, Halloween). Can a sweep in a Series be a thermal (e.g., Reds-A's)? How do you feel about this Selfie (ha)?

Hey, there's been much Dodgers laurel since that '47 series, but quality storytelling was generated in '47; and I thought to compare this (potential) 4-0 sweep in '24 for this new time of much media/Internet/Selfie/Facebook chat and news and verbosity, friend!

No? Ha (Go Dodgers). You Dodgers fan for the Series?
