This is super sad and disturbing. What could a seven year old possibly do to cause such a dispute? Where were the parents in all of this? Anyways RIP to the innocent little girl and I'm betting anything that this was in a fatherless home in a black neighborhood but I could always be wrong.

IDK, a few years back a brother killed his brother near here. Seemingly a normal home.

God bless you too but she murdered her own sister, she should get charged as an adult and get life behind bars since she can't get the death penalty.
