"The term 'shared responsibility payment' refers to the Obamacare individual mandate tax, one of at least seven tax hikes in the healthcare law that directly hit families making less than $250,000 per year,"

The IRS also says the "individual shared responsibility provision" applies to everyone, including children and seniors, and goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2014.

This is so WE ALL share in the responsibility that All Americans have health insurance coverage right?

Didn't nearly 98.7% of Americans have some sort of access to health insurance coverage?
So now EVERY American must pay some tax so that 1.3% or about 4 million have coverage.

Wouldn't it be simpler to tax lawyers as they cause $850 billion a year in what the experts, i.e. doctors attest they do because the fear lawyers?
I mean ACA taxed tanning salons 10% because tanning causes cancer, why not tax lawyers and use that to pay the premium on the 4 million that are truly uninsured?
Rather then taxing all Americans just tax lawyers as they cause the $850 billion in totally wasted duplicate tests, etc. just because doctors fear lawsuits.
