If these camps can be of any use, I would prefer them to be used for accommodating those thousands of intruders who are crossing our borders.
There the intruders could be taught of decent behavior, labour habits and other American values that are absolutely necessary for those who would prefer to stay. And those who are not capable of mastering this not really wide list of skills and knowledge should be welcome to leave. Immediately.
As for Ebola... From where I stand, it doesn't look like a real threat if certain simple protective measures are taken. For instance, the quarantine could be easily handled in hospitals.
