If the US government really thought there was a non-human technology buzzing around US planes and warships, we'd all be the last to hear of it. That information would be buried under the deepest levels of classification unless there was no alternative.

And yet they boldly announce that there is, along with photos and videos. Why? Why are they stressing the non-human-technology part (which is surely unverifiable at this point?).

Answer - to achieve an alternate goal.

What might that goal be?

Simple - to permit provocative actions - the aim being to pretend that this technology (which is either Russian or Chinese or both) isn't of human origin, thus giving the US a free-pass to intercept it, blow it up, seize its wreckage, etc. The moment the US says "We think this is a Russian/Chinese thing" they lose the ability to strike against it in international waters without causing serious diplomatic incidents. Plus the Russians/Chinese can't turn round and say "Wait, it's ours!" without showing their hands.

There is video evidence of vehicles flying hundreds of mph above the water, then diving UNDER the water maintaining that speed and then popping back out without decelerating. No one on Earth has that technology.

It could be any number of explanations.

Here is one such theory I considered when I woke up late at night and all the universes mysteries were solved: what if the U.S was purposely messing around with images on local radar or other means, coming out and suggesting that they see UFO's knowing that the Russians and Chinese would immediately be suspicious of the U.S hiding some super advanced military technology (that didn't really exist)? Notice many of these incidents always seem to take place in classified areas (again, for effect in concerning Americas enemies?

At the very least it would keep Americas adversaries guessing. At best, they'd be convinced that the U.S has developed some super advanced technology in secrecy and their own pilots weren't even aware of it and confirmed what they saw. I would assume some of these pilots wouldn't even know the U.S was messing with their radar interface, or, some would be in on it.

When this idea came to me from somewhere in the universe I returned back to sleep, comforted by the thought that aliens haven't visited us, nor is this super advanced technology even in existence at the moment. That is, if this theory is valid.

Industrial Light and Magic does.

So does Disney.

If it's really the Russians and the Chinese we're totally fucked. Might as well give up right now.
