:16 seconds into the vid. It looks to be an offshoot of the popular, inner-city "game" called "knockout game" young thugs of color sucker punch some unsuspecting person (usually white or asian) as hard as they can. The goal is to knock him or her out with one punch.

Yup. If the world was a safe place I wouldn't be such an advocate of conceal carry but I don't see that I (a middle aged white dude) have much choice.
