So California is on fire again...

I saw a short reel on IG how the "wildfires" all started simultaneously in 3 separate locations
I have no doubt the fires were set intentionally and the lack of water was also intentional.

Biden being there to block airspace was also part of the plan.

Democrats doing to LA what they did to Maui.

Expect the land to be bought up for cheap.

Democrats = traitors

The irony of James Woods losing his home. A conservative who doesnt want to pay taxes crying on tv after losing his home.....priceless.
/----/ "A conservative who doesnt want to pay taxes"
Who does want to pay taxes? I know I don't. I take every legal deduction I can without triggering an audit.

True story.
We had just shingled the apartment building roof with high-quality class A (best fire resistant) asphalt shingles. At that time we burned trash in an incinerator located in the basement. We were replacing the heavy wire cage on top of the chimney that prevents any burning debris from escaping and causing problems. Unaware of this the building manager started a fire in the incinerator. Without the protective screen flaming debris settled on the new roof and within minutes the roofing was on fire. Fortunately, we had a large drop cloth on the roof and were able to smother the fire, but not before an area of about sixty square feet of shingles had caught fire and needed to be replaced.

On a sunny day even light-colored asphalt shingles can reach temperatures of 170 degrees, well on the way to their combustion temps. Wind driven embers falling on already overheated roofs are what starts the fires in houses in L.A. and elsewhere. Those burning houses then provide the embers that start other house fires. The clear solution is metal roofs and siding. Not highly combustible, petroleum based, asphalt shingles.

This is one of my favorite pod-casts to listen to, that usually isn't too heavy.

This podcaster had to flee his home. . . and has some thoughts on this event.

No I mean people like Woods who don't want to pay taxes at all, like as a concept.
/——/ Blue Staters are fleeing high tax states for low or no tax states. And we survived nicely on tariffs until 1913.

When trees fall in a California forest the state says leave it where it fell to rot away... not sure why but that's the policy... and if you were to go into a state park and clean out the underbrush you could be fined and go to jail.... other states tell campers to collect limbs to burn at your campfire... not CA you can be fined for this... the amount of wrong headed policies on CA forestland and parks is overwhelming....
And now you know why CA fires can't be put out... it has to burn itself out....
