So California is on fire again...

This is a true nightmare.

And it's looking a lot like another Lahaina situation. I could say more, but it would sound too 'crazy' for all the mainstream folks here.
If it involves space lasers or divine retribution, then you’re right. It is crazy.

Not what I had in mind, but I get the feeling it wouldn't matter what I said, you would believe whatever the talking heads on the idiot box tell you, and you seem gung ho about arguing that, too.

A bunch of selfish stupid motherfuckers abandoned their cars IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET and blocked others from evacuating and firefighters from accessing the fires.

So disgusting and stupid.

They came with a bulldozer and had to plow a path through the abandoned cars.

...In Palisades, firefighters told people to get out of their cars as the blaze approached, fanned by gusts of winds sometimes topping 100mph...

/----/ Remember the fires and floods that hit Texas, and Libtards said it was punishment from God for being conservative?
I don't remember that.

This is the lamest attempt to politicize an event.
If TX was 100% Conservative and CA was 100% Liberal, you would have two fucked up places, but you'd have a better point.

TX is what...55%-65% Conservative
CA is what...55%-65% Liberal

So when terrible weather events hit large areas, it affects people from the entire political spectrum.

Once again, Trump was right. He tried to warn California Gavin Newsom back in 2018, but nobody listened to him.

Fires tear through Pacific Palisades, Altadena, Pasadena and Sylmar; gusts of up to 99 mph reported

"The Palisades fire had grown to more than 2,900 acres as of Tuesday evening, driven by ‘life-threatening and destructive’ winds. The extreme wind event blasting Southern California is forecast to peak between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m."

There are currently four fires burning within thirty miles of my downtown LA apartment; the sun has not yet burned through the smoke and soot outside my window. Water hydrants are going dry in Pacific Palisades, Altadena, and Sylmar. 400,000 people have lost their power. Accounts are beginning to surface of people evacuating from one fire, only to reach a destination that happens to be the site of a different fire.

Sounds a little like Gaza without snipers.
