They now pay SS on 3 different days depending on your birthday. I hadn't really noticed, as I usually shop on the weekend. But tonight I stopped to pick up some fruit at Wally World. It is SS day, one of them. Was the place packed with old people. Oh HELL no. It was full of screaming yelling children and their mothers. Today, at lunch, I ran in for a minute in a different Wally World. One woman came out and announced, 'you don't want to go in there, it's a madhouse.' Well, given where I work, I wasn't worried. She was right. Not old people. Screaming yelling children and their mothers.
So, what has appened to my Social Security that I have paid into since I was a teen? Who were all these people tanking up on junk food and toys? They sure werren't old people.
