Typhoon Tip was the most intense at 870 mb, and strongest at 190 mph winds ... this is Category 5 ... and that's about the frictional limit to how powerful these cyclones can become on Earth ... you ignore rigid mathematical proofs, so I won't waste the time looking that part up ...
