The U.S. Supreme Court issued an early morning decision Saturday temporarily blocking President Donald Trump’s efforts to deport illegal aliens—specifically Venezuelan nationals—using the long-standing Alien Enemies Act of 1798 (AEA).

I'll say, I am very disappointed in the left-leaning of this Surpreme Court.

How is it that one President can ignore laws and bring in untold millions, but another, following laws, cannot remove them?

Trump is using The Alien Enemies Act to deport them, because he thought it would allow him to deport them to another country's prison, without having to give them due process first.

The SC said even under the alien enemies act, they have to be given their due process first....because mistakes can happen and Americans could get caught up in it, (and because it is a slippery slope where any executive could later try to use it, to deport Americans, or American born political foes.)

Deporting, is simply sending an illegal back

NOT paying another country to hold in prison.

If Trump's primary job is to protect and defend the citizens of the US, how does deporting illegal alien criminals fall outside of that description? 22, I have no problem deporting non citizens, or gang members or criminals, as long as the Constitution is followed and they are given their due process enshrined in America's Greatness, enshrined in our Constitution....

All other presidents that deported more illegals than Trump has as president, have done so, within the realms of the Constitution. Trump can do it that way too.

This is just his typical reality show tactics to keep his audience entertained and sidetracked from all of his other WOES....like his Tariffs, the stock market crashing, food and widget prices going up, small businesses pushed out of business, inflation rising much further in near future, killing all inspector generals so corruption can take place, f-ing up our healthcare and medical research, DOGE mistakes and Willy nilly-ness....very very little in cuts compared to the $2 Trillion promised....his tax cut that he wants passed that is mostly for the wealthiest, and a gazillion other things.

5. Prior judicial or adjudicative experience.
6. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
8. Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations.
9. Proficiency in multiple languages.
10. Background in public service or government positions.
11. Ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently.

Just make it any American that can pass a firearms background check.
