This is what we are starting to call the dickweed meme. Many of those states have a significant population of people who are on welfare. Always have been. In fact, most of the southern states used to be blue and oppressed their black populations (and worse). Now that most of the people have seen the light, the welfare suckers are still around. But the dickweeds correlate it to being red.

Shows you how our education system is failing....big time.

Why don't the blue states allow us to cut the fed. Funding to red states would stop and all those TP folks would starve.
