This is about it.
Reminds me of the days when Brady played where you could not even breath on him without a yellow flag being thrown,”players are on record saying the refs told them to get off him after hitting him and landing on him.”and he would be chuckling with the refs before games and in one instant,a ref patting him on the back and celebrating with him after the patriots won the afc title game.just as the patriots always had hometown refs in Boston for their playoff games,so does Kansas City it looks like.

The NFL is such a fucking evil corrupt cartel.has been ever sense the 2000 season.

I tuned in the 3rd quarter them playing KC.
1 point spread, KC is flat, the Texans are rolling thunder, I say to myself, Kansas is going to lose this!
Then Mahomes goes running with the ball. He dives down, slides, no one even touches him.
The Referees call a 15 yard RTP penalty!
No one can believe it. The announcers say the Refs need glasses. Every camera angle shows it was clean. They yell that we need a rule change.
This moves the ball up 15 yards, gives KC a fresh chance, new downs, they move in and score a TD.

The momentum of the game totally changes. Now KC is like a bull, they can do no wrong. The crowd is roaring. Suddenly, Texas can't buy a break to save their lives.
Kansas doubles their points. Texas never puts another point on the board.
Game over. Texans sent to the showers, Mahomes and KC move on to toward the conference championship.

The NFL threw this game for Kansas City.
More money to be made with KC in it than Texas.
Once you count the refs, KC starts every play with too many men on the field

no, they were not robbed

Oh come on. I've now heard several times since from various sports analysts that game referred to as a pattern further established now how highly favorable and protective rulings always seem to follow Mahomes and Kansas City around!

When Texas was called on RTP, the players and coaches could not believe it. Patty Mahomes is the new Tom Brady.

At what point does a good team get the benefit of the doubt just because they're a good team? At what point does the underdog have to prove himself beyond doubt because he's playing the defending champion?

I don't think this is an either/or. Sometimes great players get the benefit by virtue of being great. But sometimes that colors judgment. You virtually knew Texas was not going to win that game. But does that mean they got cheated? Or is KC really just better? After all, it was not a blowout.

Oh come now. Did you even SEE the play in question? There is no doubt that KC is a good team, just that they are obviously not a GREAT team, not the great team they were a few years ago. No shame in that. But many of their games have been against bad teams and they have barely won many of them. Much of their success has been luck, with a little help, consciously or unconsciously, from the referees.

I predict they don't go to the SuperBowl. If they go AND win, I'll be sure the NFL is throwing the games. There are other teams better than them.
